AIGUE MARINE

Magnificent very pure sky blue, with small pale yellow beards towards the centre becoming white at their ends. Flowers close to the stem but well spaced and moderately ruffled. Very upright stalks and long-lasting flowers (9 10 buds on average). A good grower.

AIR D'ETE

Very graceful small orange iris of strong substance with large, nearly horizontal falls. The flowers are average-sized, compact and well-proportioned in relation to the plant. The beards are mandarin-toned and the stem carries an average of 7 buds.

CATHEDRALE DE CHICHESTER

A very French iris named after the remarkable British Cathedral where it has been launched! Creamy white standards with finely serrated butter yellow edges. Deep golden yellow falls and orange beards. A very rich tone, sound branching, good substance and averaging 8 buds per stem.

CREME FOUETTEE

From its father, 'Lumarco', it inherited a wonderful delicateness in tone and shape. Boasting standards of pure white, lemon-yellow styles and plicata-like falls with thin light-violet edges. The beard's heart is yellow, the tips white. Good stem with an average of 8 buds.

ECLIPSE DE MAI

It is a somptuous two-tone violet with dark violet standards and very wide, gracefully waved falls between black and violet. Black-violet beards bring an extra depth to the ensemble. 8 buds per stem and vigorous, healthy foliage.

MARRON CHAUD

This delight spreads its light brown-red standards above nearly horizontal garnet-red falls which boast exquisite lacy crimped edges. The glowing yellow beards seem lengthened by a 3 to 4 cm-long stripe running along the middle. These wonderful flowers are rather round and their stalks well branched.

PROFOND MYSTERE

This is the very own sibling of our iris 'Pesselières', introduced in 2016, and like its brother, hued in mystery. It boasts standards of a very light blue and velvety horizontal dark-violet falls with a fine light crimson border (2 mm). Thick copper orange beards. The stems are well balanced with low ramification.

TAPIS ROUGE

A good French-American cross: 'Irisades' x 'Calypso Beat'. Standards of a light butter-yellow, wide, nearly horizontal falls of a purple somewhere between mid-tones of aubergine and velvety claret-red, turning somewhat lighter towards the yellowy-orange beards. A clear contrast. Gorgeous ruffled edges and a strong stem.(brother to our 'Si Tendre' new variety)
