BLACK SUITED

Purple lavender standards with a diffused caramel border, deep purple falls with long and bright tangerine beards which are extended by a short white midline. Flowers of moderate size in balance with the foliage. (Cayeux Sowing 11 77 B).

Perfection in lilac tones. Broad and ruffled lilac flowers slightly clearer around the lilac beards.

A very attractive solid light to medium blue with bright tangerine beards. This iris is a descendant of "Princesse Caroline de Monaco" and "Eau Vive", both blue with tangerine coloured beards. Medium sized flowers with a lovely shape. We feel that the pureness of tone compensates for the relatively small number of buds (6-7 on average).

Perhaps the deepest golden iris. The colour is absolutely plain on the whole flower, which has silky falls. A real gleaming beauty!

Ecru yellow standards and greenish yellow falls deeper on their edge. Violet beards tipped mustard with dark violet horns extending an inch or more from the beards. Variety which blooms prolifically.
