BAMBOO SHADOWS

Dazzling golden yellow or cadmium yellow. Golden yellow beards with thin red-brown streaks around them. Very elegant flowers and long flowering season.

Descendant of "Dreamsicle", this delightful very light peach pink turns to cream below the apricot beard. The petals boast an exquisite lacy crimped edging. Probably the latest flowering variety. (6 to 8 buds) per stem.

Pure white standards, white falls with a wide deep blue-violet border and discreet clear yellow beards. It has inherited its horizontal falls from its father "Deltaplane". Strongly ruffled. A real novelty, unique in our collection.

Upright, light mahogany standards, broad, buttery yellow falls under the copper-orange beards, edged and stippled with coppery red. Fine midline in mahogany. Superb shape, numerous flowers bordered by small frills. Good branching. (Black 2011)

This new and luscious combination carries numerous elegantly ruffled flowers (11 on average) which feature medium-sized standards. The nearly horizontals falls of amaranth, with borders which turn to a light pink copper tone, are nicely echoed by bronze-coloured beards. We are pleased to have named this exquisite variety in memory of Madame Tardivier, former director of the Jardins des Tuileries at the Louvre.

Bred from "Special Feature", it has inherited its spur-like beards, these ones being pale lavender, the rest of the flower being ice-white. Very strong, well-bodied flowers, with nearly horizontal falls. A classic beauty, useful in the garden for its striking looks and late flowering.
