IRISH JIG

A well balanced specimen which will brighten up your garden. Slightly roasted, copper-honeyed tone with orange beards. Excellent branching like its predecessor 'Coup de Soleil'. It features an average of 10 buds, with moderately sized flowers resulting in a harmonious balance.

Standards and styles are white with a thin yellow border. Falls of a white background are striated and peppered with wine-red, this colour densifying toward the edges. Falls are also bordered in golden yellow. Well-branched stalks carrying 7 to 8 buds on average. (Johnson 2011)

Nice amoena of pastel tones: creamy white standards and soft buff-apricot falls. Rich flowering (7/8 buds per stem) reblooming often in July or August.

White standards deeply tinted acid yellow from their base to the two thirds of their height. Almost horizontal falls, light ocher yellow with a creamy white rim. Orange yellow beards quite discreet. The shape of the flowers is stunning as the whirling dervish dance. Branching is perfect and offers 8 to 10 buds.

Belongs to the category of "miniature tall beardeds", a sort of bonsai but quite beautiful. Pure white standards and purple to black falls with a fine white border. The yellow beards are surround by purplish black striations. Most interesting!

No doubt the best bluish purple Plicata on a white background. Both standards and falls are neatly bordered. Beards are a light lavender.  A very strong plant yielding up to 4 stalks per rhizome, each carrying 9 buds. Perfect shape.
