Perfectly plain raspberry or rosy mulberry, beards the same. Excellent new colour and interesting variety for hybridizers who would like to create a true red iris. RHS Award of Garden Merit 2006.

Mouth watering colour: racy red-claret with ruffled and flared falls. Excellent flowering habit: most stalks have four branches and average 10-11 nicely spaced buds. Vigorous growth and also disease resistant.

Clear yellow standards turning to white on edges. Almost horizontal falls , white with a wide purple pink border (12 to 15 mm). Orange yellow beards.

Perhaps the deepest golden iris. The colour is absolutely plain on the whole flower, which has silky falls. A real gleaming beauty!

This is the 3rd seedling brother to 'Confiserie' and 'Attirance' which we introduce : Standards are an intense amethyst and falls in the same tone but slightly bluish around the bronze toned beards tipped with lavender. Exquisite flowers with pure white standards and falls of the same immaculate white, and a very fine dark blue border. Yellow beards tipped with white, sometimes extended by a white spur. Excellent shape, with tightly crimped edges. Irresistibly charming!
