A tendency toward green : olive yellow standards with hues of purple toward the heart. Falls are a paler olive yellow. Lavender beards with greenish tips. Lovely shape, ruffled, freeflowering (7-9 buds on average) and vigorous.

Mahogany red standards, slightly closed. Cream grounded falls with a precise burgundy red border, 6 to 7 mm wide. Marigold orange beards. Top class plicata !

Dazzling golden yellow or cadmium yellow. Golden yellow beards with thin red-brown streaks around them. Very elegant flowers and long flowering season.

"Paul Black" and "Alpenview" are the proud parents of this astonishing inversed amoena and its majestic 15 cm by 15 cm flower which is dedicated to Villa Erba, residence of the famous Italian film-director, Luchino Visconti. The magnificent wisteria-blue standards are darker at the centre, whilst the large bluish-white falls are elegantly undulated with ruffles. The mandarin-coloured beards of this really vigorous and fragrant new variety have lighter tips.

Apricot-infused cream standards, brightest at their centre, framing rather rounded and beautifully ruffled lavender falls with wide mid-brown edges. Their imposing bright orange beards are striking. This variety, with gorgeous stems (8 to 9 buds on average), is truly one of a kind!
