The Loire, a source of inspiration? Certainly, with the marvellous white standards amply infused with golden yellow and almost horizontal falls whose scoured edges reveal golden yellow. Egg yolk yellow beards with golden shoulders. One of our favourites among our 2020 creations. 7 to 8 buds on average. Sparkling like the wine of the same name. (Cayeux seedling 10 192 B).

The red iris is the dream of all iris hybridisers … it has never been realised but the cross between ‘Hermès’ and ‘Dame de coeur’ gave us this sympathetic red coppered with beards between tangerine and red. Average sized flowers, well-branched stems and good growth.

Gold standards. Falls the same but streaked and peppered with brown. Yellow beards. Not a common variety but should be attractive for collectors.

Creamy white standards faintly tinted with pale green and white falls with a precise, mid-blue border. Pure yellow beards. Wavy, large flowers and an average of 9 buds per stem.

Its parents "Mystérieux" and "Funambule" have passed on their great depth of colour tones. Thus the strong plain black-violet falls offer an excellent contrast to the bluish-white standards. Bronze-orange beards. Very good body, tight ruffles and strong stems.

Gracefully arched white standards pleasantly complement the wide rosy-lavender falls carrying white beards. These huge flowers (12 cm x 16 cm) are well-bodied and have a gently ruffled shape. 8 to 9 buds per stem.
