CHINOOK WINDS

Resulting from the cross between 'Ciel gris sur Poilly' and 'Macaron', this is a two-toned variety with yellow standards and amber borders which contrast with nearly horizontal, sustained bright purple falls. Orange beards. Average-sized and beautifully shaped flowers which are compact and undulated.

Medium claret-red standards and velvety garnet-red falls with bronze coloured beards. Quite floriferous.

Pure upright white standards and white falls with distinctive 10 mm columbine blue band . Very prominent golden yellow beards. Falls lightly flared. 3 to 4 well-spaced branches carry 7 to 9 buds. Excellent son of the Dykes medallist ‘Gypsy Lord’ . (Keppel 2010)

This son of 'Above the Clouds' and 'Can't Touch This' boasts giant (16cm x 11 cm), amply ruffled flowers. White standards and ivory-white falls with a wide and sinuous light- to medium pure blue border. Strong substance.

White standards, toned with yellow at the base. White falls shouldered in golden yellow up to the middle. Equally golden yellow beards. Stalks are exemplary with perfectly tiered branches carrying an average of 9-10 buds. Simply splendid! (Cayeux seedling 10 308 B)
